ICP Training and Certification Program

The Indiana Conservation Partnership launched its joint comprehensive Training and Certification Program for technical staff in 2010. The Program’s goal is to provide training for all staff members in ICP agencies in such a way that their expertise will be equally recognized throughout all the partner agencies.

A key resource in the program is collecting and assessing Training Needs across the partnership. A survey is developec and used to collect information on the present technical capacity of Indiana Conservation Partners’ staff and for determining specific topic needs for training. Trainings are organized accordingly. Results from the 2020 ICP Training Needs Report can be viewed here.
