The Indiana Conservation Partnership launched its joint comprehensive Training and Certification Program for technical staff in 2010. The Program’s goal is to provide training for all staff members in ICP agencies in such a way that their expertise will be equally recognized throughout all the partner agencies.
A key resource in the program is collecting Individual Development Inventories (IDIs). The IDIs are a tool for collecting information on the present technical capacity of Indiana Conservation Partners’ staff and for determining the need for training. Trainings are organized accordingly. Results from the 2015 IDI can be found here. (Note: Results from a June 2017 IDI are being tabulated at this time.)
